SUMMARY: TRABUS is seeking a Senior Software Engineer supporting the Tactical Shore Platform (TSP) in software design and sustainment for the PMW 160 (NAVWAR Tactical Networks Program Office).
A successful candidate has prior experience deploying Cloud Foundry and automating platform management at enterprise scale. The software engineer shall have experience developing platform APIs that make common software operations scalable and repeatable. The engineer will have experience building continuous delivery pipelines and will feel comfortable maintaining the underlying services required to host containerized applications. The engineer will have experience responding to software outages and executing postmortem reviews including root cause analyses and will seek to maintain a high level of availability for all mission critical software systems.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent organizational skills
- Must demonstrate attention to detail, procedural compliance, and the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams, and to adjust schedule to address workload demands
- Work within an AGILE software development and integration environment
- Create and enhance software applications using:
- VMWare
- Linux/RHEL Systems Administrator
- Ansible and Ansible Automation Tower/AWX
- Terraform
- Kubernetes
- Grafana
- Develop software code to model data types, equipment, servers, signals, and networks to produce realistic and repeatable data
- Develop processes and practices to integrate Infrastructure as Code (IAC) utilizing commercial environments such as AWS
