Position Description
Trabus Technologies is looking for a Quality Assurance lead to develop and efficiently manage requirement by accessing requirement for software from engineer's point of view. Secure good software quality by studying/developing testing methodologies that can verify and check if the right software has been developed.
  • [Developing software quality management strategy] Analyze requirement clearly based on understanding domain technology and perform test policy and strategy.
  • [Developing and performing software testing method] Develop and perform test case for software in order to secure good quality.
  • [Requirement change management and quality analysis] Participate in establishing a software requirement change management and tracing system, distinguishing actual defects and false defects to prevent defects and analyzing root cause.
  • [Development of requirement analysis, testing methods and tools] Participate in developing requirement analysis, testing method, reusing method and test automation tools to raise software quality and efficiency.
Education: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering from an accredited College or University,
AND Experience:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as Quality Assurance Supervisor, responsible for Quality
  • Assurance implementation, tracking and management of personnel, AND
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in two of the three listed areas below:
  • Quality Assurance plan production
  • Implementation of a QA Plan
  • Development, application, and maintenance of quality standards for processes and/or products,
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience of System Engineering within a DoD Organization, AND
  • Minimum of three (3) years applying any four (4) out of eight (8) engineering processes below as indicated in Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG) Chapter 4, dated 16-September-2013:
  • Stakeholder Requirements Definition
  • Technical Assessment
  • Architecture Design
  • Requirements Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Verification and Validation
  • Technical Data Management Integration,
  • Minimum of one (1) year conducting Peer Reviews,
  • Minimum of one (1) year conducting Testing and Evaluation activities, AND
  • Certifications/Accreditations: Must be one of the following:
    • American Society for Quality Control (ASQC) Professional Certified, OR
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) – Certified, OR
    • Defense Acqusition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PMP Level III, Certified, OR
    • Systems Planning Research Development and Engineering (SPRDE) System Engineering
Level III certification or equivalent
