Compensation:  $125,000-$140,000 (experience based)

SUMMARY: TRABUS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Engineering Program Specialist to support the Multi-User Objective System (MUOS) constellation of satellites and ground support sites for the US SPACE COMMAND (SPACECOM).  The FMS Engineering Program Specialist will support the MUOS Program’s Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer, and the Engineering Group in their work and coordination with international space agencies.  The FMS Engineering Program Specialist will also support the MUOS FMS team directly. 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide program management support to the Chief Engineer, Deputy Chief Engineer, and Engineering Group under general supervision and using discretion and independent judgement.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action-item trackers
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution and communication
  • Maintain distribution lists for multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including U.S. Government and international agencies
  • Provide program management support to the FMS Lead and Project Team under general supervision and using discretion and independent judgement.
  • Support the FMS Lead and Project Team in day-to-day program execution and coordination activities.
  • Analyze program requirements and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain program documentation, including:
    • Program plans, schedules, briefings and reports
    • Correspondence and contract or contact modifications
    • Technical instructions, procedures, and related materials
  • Coordinate, schedule, and participate in internal and external stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, and action-item trackers
  • Track and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution and communication
  • Maintain distribution lists for multiple internal and external stakeholder groups, including U.S. Government and international agencies
  • Maintain and manage content on the FMS Intelink site, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD programs, with experience in program management and support
  • US Citizen, and fully adjudicated Secret clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to meet rapidly changing priorities
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail, procedural compliance, and the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Scheduler and Project)
DESIRED:
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI Eligibility
  • Be customer-focused, team-oriented, and motivated, taking ownership of assigned tasks
  • Having proven ability to self-manage, as well as manage interdisciplinary relationships
